When did people begin to speak in the "hip hop speech"?

Before Hip hop existed people talked ancient like slower paced but now people talk faster and hip hop is the reason for this cause it created this new vibe and new language where people are more aware of things and reality than before hip hop when people were malleable and easily impressionable.When did black females began to speak "fast like" as in sy like and the same for black males.The way black people talk have changed since the 70's!
