Is it possible to lose your memory after removing a Tumor in surgery?

I'm no expert on tumors, but yes it is definitely possible to lose your memory from the surgery. For how severe... that depends on a LOT of things, could only be for a short time, or could be permanently. And no, I don't think it's possible for a tumor to be formed from stress, but again, I don't know much about tumors.
