Are there going to be problems at the end of this season with the CBA?

I haven't heard anything yet, but I would ume that they would be satisfied with the current CBA since I personally haven't heard too many complaints either side. The only thing I can think of is the Radulov thing. Also, isn't the current date be considered year three still? I'm guessing that year four doesn't start until opening night of the regular season.
