Reloading .32 ACP ammo with a vice?

Is it possible to reload .32 ACP ammo with just a vice? I'm planning to just push the percussion cap into the primer hole of the casing, add some smokeless powder, and use a vice again to push in the bullet on the other end. I will also be wearing googles and perhaps something to block my ears just incase the primer explodes. If the primer explodes, will googles be enough protection? or will it send small peices of shrapnel that can cut into skin?I'm using Remington small pistol primers. I've actually heard of people using a hammer to push in the percussion cap in but wouldn't that set off the primer?
