Can chickenpox reach babies still in the womb?

If your sister has already had chicken pox then she is immune to it and so even if she does get the virus in her body, her antibodies will destroy it; it will not be "reactivated". There will be no danger to the baby because while the baby is in the womb, he/she has antibodies against chicken pox from the mother as well.
