I'm 11 days late and I don't think I'm pregnant please help!?

I get that you don't think you are pregnant, but have you taken a test? If you are pregnant, at 11 days late, it would easily show up. If you get a negative, then you can start looking for another cause. I think you have to rule out the obvious first and when you are late, nauseous and fatigued, my first thought would be that you are pregnant.
