In which NCIS episode does the entire team find out about Gibbs' family?

I know that Ziva knows when she joins the team in Season 3 and that Ducky and Director Shepherd find out at the end of Season 3 when Gibbs is injured but when do Di'nozzo, McGee and Abby find out?
