Has anyone ever sued a vendor for not providing wedding pics or videography per our contract?

Are you in the UK? i saw something like this on Watchdog... write to them and ask for their help, otherwise contact the bridal show that you saw them at, they will want to know that they are advertising bogus traders, if you booked through the show the organisers may be able to help you.
