Why until now Israel has not brought to justice for Genocide?

It would be much easier to claim everything that you stated above if Israel was not being attacked by Hamas. Hamas is clearly screwing the image of the Palestinian people. It is kind of hard to get mad a Israel when it is quite clear that they are defending themselves from missile attacks.
