Try tea tree oil. You can buy it at some pharmacies and GNC. Dilute it to about 50% since its a very strong, natural antiseptic. After it drys put Neosporin on the outside and petroleum jelly on the bar. This should be done 2-3 times per day. If there is not improvement in 72 hours then you'll proably have to remove it. At that point the risk of the infection spreading to your blood will be much greater.
