My Parents /Trans-Phobia Is About To Make Me Explode?!?

I can't take this anymore! I'm and but they don't know and their /trans-phobia is about to make me explode. I find myself about to just to start screeming that I'm trans and gay in their face at the top of my lungs. Their comments are so nasty. They say they're digusted with people like me, say "what a shame that kid on TV was gay, he could have been a good kid"/"sad thing, he's a good kid", my mom says to my dad when she see's a gay/trans kid "how would you like to have that as your son? (I'm MTF). I want to go crazy and I feel like I'm just about to explode and let it all out! How can I control this anger and prevent myself from exploding?!?
