Is Shaolin Kung Fu the best martial art?

To be blunt, no. There isn't one single martial art that you can point to and call the best. Shaolin monks are some of the best martial artists on the planet, but they also train in a single style religiously (see what i did there) from a very early age. A martial art is just a tool like anything else, it requires a skilled user to work the tool to its fullest extent. Is one brand of hammer really any different from another? You can think so and be told so, but at the end of the day a hammer is a hammer, and it's you that decides which one is best.
