I want to be an ophthalmologist what do i do?

Im currently a junior in high school but i feel like i have to start preparing myself for college to be an ophthalmologist but i dont know what to do or how to begin or anything, im completly blank! i dont know what school is the best, i dont know about scholarships :/ can someone please help me with this.
