Curious about a type of lizard in Louisiana?

Couldn't be the little guy below, could it? There aren't too many orange lizard-like things that I know of, and the Red Eft is the most likely one. It's the terrestrial form of the Eastern (formerly Red-Spotted) Newt. You're about at the western edge of it's normal range.
